If your algo is making money, why don’t you invest using your own money?
We did invest our own money, but we thought that since we are able to automate this to fellow traders, why not we open up to fellow traders who are curious about algo trading and would like to pick this skills up.
Warren Buffet annualised return is about 20% per year, can you beat that ?
Where as we are no Warren Buffet, our trade method is different, we are using quant methods to offer returns that is non corelated to the market. For FX , it is currently up 200% over 12 mths .
What is your trading strategy ?
We use a mixture of Momentum and Mean Reversion Strategy, and something call Hidden Markov Model, we also use Kelly Criterion for Sizing and PCA to model correlations.
Whats the minimum fund size you to start ?
Since we use leverage in trading FX or Crpyto, the minimum fund size is 1000 USD ,we do not take your fund, your fund is secured in Oanda or Binance and they are the custadian, we merely plug in our Quant strategy to help you trade.
Are you MAS regulated ?
We are not MAS regulated, that is because we do not hold any of your funds. Your funds go through Oanda (which is MAS regulated), we helped you auto trade upon your consent and acceptance of the risk involved.
Do you teach algo trading ?
Not at the moment, but we intend to create a forum and community for those interested in quant to discuss strategy. If you have good strategy, we could assist in backtest and apply it in real trading.
Do you suffer from DrawDown?
Yes, we do suffer from occasional drawdown of about 10-15%. Given sometime (within 3 months based on past performance), it should recover. Do note that Forex is high risk trading and you need to understand the risk involved.
How does it work , where does my fund go to?
We do not take any of your funds, your funds is to remain with the platform you have signed up, which is Oanda or Binance.
Is there a way to test your strategy first without using real money ?
You can sign up a demo account in Oanda, and we can plug our algo and you can monitor the performance, once you are convinced, you can then trade live.
Why do you claim that your Crypto Strategy is profitable whereas the crypto Market is heading a meltdown ?
Firstly, we trade Crypto Futures and not Spot. Futures are forward contracts that you can long(buy to go high) and short(buy to go low) . We have machine learning technique to target on alternate coins that institutional traders are not trading yet
Can I stop the strategy anytime ?
Whereas you have the full access to control your trade(place position or close position anytime) in Oanda or Binance, we do not encourage you to close position and bypass the algo as emotion will overcome the objective of algo trading.
Can I pull out all my funds?
Yes, you may pull out all your funds anytime as you wish, we do not hold your funds and your funds are within Oanda or Binance. As mentioned, suffering drawdown is normal and it is encouraged to hold your funds and give some time frame for the algo to work
